This traditional Japanese fan is known as an 'uchiwa' and is made from bamboo and washi paper. The round fan has a colourful design of red, white and black koi goldfish on an off-white background. On the reverse side are cute small fishy details on the same white background.
The fan comes with a pretty matching envelope and a notelet for you to write your own message.
It is an ideal size to carry around and makes a fun, convenient way to keep cool on warm summer days.
The fan measures about 18 cm (7") from top to bottom and 11.5 cm (4½") across the widest part.
