I'm so happy I've ordered from this lovely shop. They have a brilliant range of products. I ordered a Japanese fan and some greeting cards and a little dish for soy sauce. Everything was of fantastic quality and wrapped so carefully and beautifully. In addition to this, the customer service was fantastic. I had forgotten to add an item in my order and after contacting them, Leila was so nice and arranged for the item to be included straight away. It was such a good shopping experience!

My partner ordered me a Misokoshi with whisk on behalf of my Mother from you for me for Christmas and I just wanted to say thank you, it is even better than I hoped it would be. It was well packaged and the little stars and the note were a lovely touch, I am absolutely thrilled with the item and it even came before Christmas!
