There's nothing better than feeling free to express yourself! Just make sure that small act of rebellion doesn't spill your tea.
The lively design of this Japanese teapot features a striking splash of cobalt blue on a bright white glaze. The pattern is inspired by the traditional sumi-e technique of 'fukiboku' where ink is spattered and blown to form free flowing shapes.
The teapot's clean minimalist style is softened with smooth curves and the playful ink design.
This Minoware fine ceramic teapot comes with its own removeable stainless steel strainer making it versatile for all kinds of black, green and herbal teas. It's a good size for 1 - 3 people (up to three cups) depending on the type of tea being brewed.
The teapot measures about 10cm (4") across and 16.5cm (6½") from the end of the spout to the far edge of the handle. It stands at 10cm (4") tall.
The capacity when full is approximately 380ml (almost 13 fl oz).
The ceramic pot is safe for microwave oven but DO NOT PLACE THE STAINLESS STEEL STRAINER IN THE MICROWAVE.
